Account Responsibility

You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any server or database connected to the site, introduce malicious code, engage in fraud such as creating multiple accounts, or scrape content for commercial exploitation without our prior written consent. Payments and Transactions

Where the site accepts payments, transactions must be completed using legitimate Indian payment instruments, including UPI-based apps such as PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM, as well as net banking or debit cards displayed at checkout. All amounts are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). TC Lottery is not liable for failed transactions, bank holds, or delays caused by your payment provider.

Limited User Licence

TC Lottery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, creating derivative works, reverse-engineering any software, or removing proprietary notices. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any site content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal proceedings under applicable Indian law.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, TC Lottery's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TC Lottery in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event, or INR 500, whichever is lower.

Governing Law

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and all other applicable central and state legislation. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of TC Lottery, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. By using this site you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction and waive any objection on grounds of inconvenient forum.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact TC Lottery directly to seek an amicable resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within thirty (30) days of receiving a written notice describing the nature of the claim. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue remedies available under Indian law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
